Tampa Bar Takes Advantage of Waiter's Stunt at the World Cup.
Last week, 28-year-old St. Petersburg, FL resident Joe Fernandez rushed the field during the World Cup group match between Uruguay and Mexico with a Mexican flag tied around his neck like a cape.
