High-Speed Ferries On Tampa Bay

While we are at it lets buy a train and bring people in from Brandon in the morning and take them back in the afternoon. The tracks are already there.

Sweetbay Of Tampa Bay

Sweetbay Supermarket is now selling only seafood caught and farmed in sustainable ways to help ensure the long-term survival of the species. The policy announced Tuesday covers 2,500 products sold at stores, from fresh, frozen and canned seafood
to items containing seafood as its primary ingredient, such as soups.

My family and i did not eat tuna for years back in the 80's until they made it dolphin safe. To this day we will not touch Star Kist Tuna. I remember their CEO saying that they were going to go dolphin safe not to help the dolphins but becouse the boycott must of been working and sales were down.

Local Environmental Hero Honored

Keep America Beautiful (KAB) presented Ruskin, Fla., resident Jim Igler with its top volunteer accolade when he was presented the Iron Eyes Cody Award during KAB’s 60th anniversary National Conference, which recently took place in Washington, D.C. The Iron Eyes Cody Award was created in honor of KAB’s landmark public awareness campaign of the 1970s, which is credited with awakening the environmental consciousness of an entire generation of Americans.

Solar Panel Install in Gainesville



This is a solar installation in Gainesville, Florida as part of the Gainesville Feed-in Tariff. The solar installation was completed on Butler Plaza, which has a Walmart, Publix, Petsmart, and Best Buy.
