The groups say secretaries of state are empowered by the 14th Amendment to bar Trump from running for office because of the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol insurrection.

Fentanyl Test strips now legal in Florida, experts say they’re not 100% effective


According to the CDC, over 107,000 Americans died from drug overdoses and poisonings from 2021 to 2022. And a staggering 67% of those involved synthetic opioids like Fentanyl.
