‘MATTER IS CLOSED’: AOC & Bernie DEFEND Biden

I have to agree with Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez  Our best chance to prevent Donald Trump from estalbishing an authoritarian government that caters only to the rich and powerful is to support Joe Biden in his bid to become our next president. Biden has a history of supporting causes that support our democracy and the people of this country, he is well respected around the world, and his proposed policies for his next term in office will be sound measures that will benefit our democracy and our people. And IF something should happen that requires Biden to step down from office, Kamala Harris would faithfully manage this country far, far better than Trump ever could.

(Note: This does not yet reflect a substantive sample of polling after Trump’s conviction in Manhattan.) In 100 hypothetical elections, Trump would win 56 times. Republicans are also favored to flip the Senate with a 77 percent probability and keep their majority in the House with a 62 percent probability.....Read More

Biden denounces campus protests, says they haven't changed his mind on war in Gaza

President Joe Biden made unscheduled remarks from the White House on Thursday morning to denounce pro-Palestinian protests that have popped up at college campuses across the country and led to more than 1,700 arrests in two weeks, including dozens more on Wednesday evening and early Thursday morning.

The protests, Biden said as he left the podium following his brief remarks, have not changed his mind on how he will continue to handle U.S. foreign policy when it comes to supporting Israel in the war in Gaza.
