Jen Perelman Making Housing a Human Right

I support making housing a human right through investing in millions of new affordable and social units, national rent stabilization, and a tenants' bill of rights. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz has failed to fight for housing justice because she's taking money from the corporate developers and real estate lobbyists.
I'm fighting for you

Unlike Wasserman Schultz, we will never take money from any
corporate donor.

Andrew Gillum Throws Progressives Under The Bus

Gillum was able to gain lots of popularity in the primaries, thanks to progressives and Bernie Sanders. After changing campaign manager his popularity fell in a matter of hours thanks to Hillary Clinton and Debbie Wasserman Schultz. HERE
---
It may still surprise some, but Andrew Gillum did not support Bernie in the 2016 Primaries. He endorsed Hillary Clinton for the 2016 presidential primaries, campaigned for her in South Carolina and even gave a speech during her nomination at the Wells Fargo center in Philadelphia. Gillum was firmly on the wrong side of history when progressives needed all the support they could get.

If he loses, you can blame this guy.

Brandon Davis
He was Chief of Staff of the DNC during the 2016 DNC debacle and was a very a close Hillary Clinton ally.

I will no longer be supporting the mayor on this blog!

Update: My apologies. Mr. Edelson is correct,
the post has been updated!

Words Of Tim Canova

Debbie Wasserman Schultz takes money from the largest private prison corporation in the world, Corrections Corporation of America, now called CoreCivic, while pushing for their proposed for-profit immigration detention center in Southwest Ranches, Florida
in her own district.
-----
Then she grandstands outside the private for-profit Krome Detention Center warehousing child immigrants.
Has she no shame or sense
of her own hypocrisy?"

Florida Dems Banned From US Concentration Camp

Sen. Bill Nelson and Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz were denied entry Tuesday into a federal facility in Homestead housing immigrant children. The company operating the facility granted a tour but the Department of Health and Human Services blocked them. here
-----
"HHS just blocked us from entering its facility in Homestead, Florida to check on the welfare of the children being held here. They are obviously hiding something, and we are going to get to the bottom of this."

Florida's Culture Of Corruption: Broward Democratic Party

Here's why he dropped out of the Democratic Party:
"For the past two years, the Broward Democratic Party has openly supported Wasserman Schultz in violation of its own charter and promises. It regularly backs corporate funded incumbents who dodge debates against challengers like me. It actively works to prevent challengers like me from speaking at Democratic Party committee meetings, clubs and caucuses.
For months, I have been facing the intolerable prospect of running in another August closed Democratic primary administered by the same Democratic Broward Supervisor of Elections who is allied with Wasserman Schultz and who illegally destroyed all the paper ballots in our 2016 primary. To add insult to injury, the Florida Democratic Party and the Broward Democratic Party have been silent on this ballot destruction and have refused to call for an investigation.
By running as an independent, I will be on the ballot in November. Perhaps by then the Broward Supervisor of Elections will have been replaced." Tim Canova
-----
“But the Florida race [Tim Canova versus Debbie Wasserman Schultz] could well reveal more about the Democratic Party than any other contest this cycle, including the one for president. . . . It's a test of whether progressive ideas or corporate money are more central to the Democratic Party's future.”  Huffington Post
