I just would like to thank the Stogie for this post! I got a lot of flack from the homeowner association about doing this. It seems that even though we live in Hometown USA. We must fill out an ARC form just to make your neighborhood beautiful. This really mad me angry. Its not like I was putting unsightly trash on the porch or around my house. I also got homeowners violations for the patio furniture I put outside. My question is are we really free in hometown USA?
