Isn't she just the most adorable irresponsible killer you've ever seen? And with such great parents to boot!

all she had to do was stop. everything would of been ok.

haven't you even been scared or paniced? not known what to do? petrified? i agree she shouldve done something but she's 16 also. and who's to say this woman didn't commit suicide? she had crack in her system, and was mentally ill, jordan couldve been the unfortunate one she decided to jump in front of. the only reason why this has become such a big deal is because the woman's adoptive aunt who she hasn't been in contact with for ages (where was she when melissa was on the streets) found out jordan's family had money..greed is pathetic

She's just sooo wrong. Didnt stop. Wrong. Had time to think about what she did and said nothing. Wrong.
making the family of the girl she killed go thru hell. Wrong.
Parents covering for her. Wrong.

All these wrongs equal prison time. If she would have done the right thing, and/or her parents doing the right thing then it could have been worked out, but now it calls for this young adult to pay, and the price should be high.

if you did your research before you opened your opinionated mouth then you would know that melissa, the woman that was killed had a long history of mental illness, suicide, and had a high level of crack and alcohol in her system, so once again who's to say she didn't commit suicide. also as far as her family suffering, its her aunt, adoptive aunt, who hasn't been in her life in over 15years. she's some poor woman in kentucky who when she found out melissa was POTENTIALLY hit by a teen from a family with money, she went nuts and called news stations instead of the police. the only witness said it was a 20 yr old hispanic male driving the vehicle, and the car is actually registered to a school the family owns, so many people had access to it. what jordan did was because her lawyer told her to do, once the parents knew what happened they did what they were legally respondsible for. know your facts before you talk, it makes you look like a biased, uneducated, loud mouth with no common sense and believes everything everyone tells them.

The bottom line is children make mistakes. She is still a child. What about he women who was the teach that killed 2 children and left the scen she didn't even get jail time. There needs to be a lesson learned but not for 30 years that is crazy. Maybe they should have gotten Nick Hogan's attorney and she would be freed. The system has issues, again she is a child and made a bad decision, if she is even the one who hit the lady. I feel sorry for the parents and the child you just never know what live will bring we have to educate our children for situations like this. I pray that this young girl will get through this.

Finally people are listening o thewhole story and all the facts. All anyone wants to talk about is Jordan. She is a kid. I personally know her and know that she is a good kid. This was a tragedy and it sucks that it happened. But if the aunt cared soo much about the lady then why was she on crack, homeless, limping across davis island bidge?? Yes she should have stopped. But we haven't been in the situation and we were not there so who are we to judge!

one, who cares if it was suicide by car if it was, the driver should have stopped instead of driving off... I have a friend that was killed and dragged 100 feet and no one has been brought to face the crime... if her car wasn't drivable during the accident then she would have been stuck and we would have had a quick resolution because she couldn't flee, and then a less harsh charge would have worked... two, she may be a kid, but that is not an automatic blanket protection, otherwise it opens the doorway to getting away with murder. if she wants to make amends, at least, some jail time, at most 6mo-1year, and strip her of bright futures (her dad can afford it).
in the end, imho, if you commit a crime, with or without intent, and you flee, you are guilty, plead nolo, and face the music. dont hide behind dad's money.

get a nose job.

The family of the woman was crying that this girl left her on the street like a dog. I had to stop and think "You mean like you did when you left your sister homeless ON THE STREET?" Yeah what the girl did was wrong but the family cant act like it suddenly cares for the woman that died.

Now this one really is "too pretty for jail"

i know jordan personally, we went to school together for a while and we're still kind of friends....she may be a bitch at times but shes really not that bad...the accident was just that..an accident. the woman was high off of cocaine and walked right in the middle of traffic without a care in the world..yeah maybe jordan was wrong to not have called the police but she may have panicked she might have been distracted and not even seen her only heard she hit something...the victims family lived in a whole other state so dont say oh the poor victims family because their daughter was stuck in tampa high out of her mind without the support of her parents...if they care so much why did they leave her to live on the streets in tampa without help?

im not saying she doesnt deserve justice but her family has no right to keep asking for money, seriously do they really care?

and omg ok jordans nice and all but she short has a big nose and shes nott pretty or hot wtf??
she has a good body but dude shes a midget and who told u guys she had big boobs? hello? sticky boobs duhh?!

murder is a little too high of a sentence for me, and just so u know, shes not going to jail....the judge actually had a right mind

I found a link which is disabled but this is the same girl? If so I hope she learns a lesson from her 5 year revoked license and 250 hours of community service.

16 year old girls shouldn't be this promiscuous looking.

It really saddens me to see girls from school commenting on this saying mean things about Jordan. We're supposed to be sisters. Whether or not you like her, stick together.
