A memorial will be held in St. Petersburg at 151 2nd ave N at the Baywalk entertainment complex onOctober 30th, 2009 at 8:30pm.
A short funeral procession will follow. Everyone who knew the constitution is invited to participate. We are asking all participants to dress in black attire. For more info, send email.
