Protecting The Community From The Horrible Threat Of Flapping GenitalsAnthony Zak King, 18, of Palm Bay was taken down along Hollywood Boulevard near Eber Road early Monday as he was jogging wearing nothing but swimming goggles.
Cmdr. Steve Wilkinson said King could not have been caught without the Taser.
