Mattos and her fellow "patriots" are protesting the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposal to limit boating and other human activities in King's Bay that have been detrimental to the well being of manatees.
RE: manatees vs. boaters: I would like to know EXACTLY where in the Bible as well as in the Bill of Rights that it says that "we cannot elevate nature above people." I was under the impression that God made all things.
