Martin County commissioners' public records sins finally came home to roost. Three commissioners, Sarah Heard, Ed Fielding and Anne Scott were caught red-handed in a web of lies, denying they conducted public business on private email accounts, hiding, even attempting to destroy records to which the public is entitled. here
