This was a campaign promise that he lifted from Jim Davis and if he doesn't carry it out, I'll never pay a whit of attention to him again.
I'm trying not to judge him harshly but he has done things in the past I don't care for.
But, every man's future is spotless and I'm really pulling for Charlie.
Come ON, Charlie... truly be a man of the people ..... we need you to be very badly !
