This whole thing is scary and putrid. The scariest is the part about the DHS being able to set aside any law (even environmental laws as if the interior secretariat-south end, norton and others have not done enough) ... for the implementation of more control.

If Bush, Sr. had not framed NAFTA so that most farm workers of Mexico could no longer make a living producing agricultural products intended for sale in the US, and then secretly reveled in their exploitation in this country by the elites, they would not be pouring into this country in order to earn enough to live.
Clinton could have stopped this, but ratified the plan engineered by Bush. Suddenly, after a decade of exploiting these same workers, they now want to put up a wall because it is politically convenient to do so. What an embarrasing, knee-jerk plutocracy this has become.
