you don't know that. you do NOT know that. Too many people set up and fucked OVER by the tampa laughable posers of justice. Actually they're NOT laughable AT ALL.
This guy may or may not have done this.
Anyway, what I'd really like to point out is that the death penalty is a HATE CRIME.
When you read the tampa trib article (if you read) you see that his death warrants were signed by ALL republican governors.
Was the evidence overwhelming or is he like trenton duckett's grandpa? Knew too much ... convenient target.
You do not know.
You were not there.
DNA is used conveniently to release those who are on one list and ignored when others are on a different list.
It's all fucked up.
Maybe you'd feel differently if you were HIS mother.
The thing is he kinda looks like a freak OR a scared guy. One or the other.

A snitch recanted his testimony against Tompkins. The state ran inclusive mito DNA tests instead of STR or YSTR on only some of the evidence, and didn't allow the defense adequate time to review the results.
