Have A Beer, Go To Jail!His Blood Alcohol level was under the legal limit of .08. There is a great difference between a person who is drunk, and a person who drinks. It seems that it is not enough to arrest drunk drivers, it is now the goal of Police to arrest anyone who drives with so much as a drink.
I am curious to see what the Bucs and NFL dictator Roger Goodell will do. Mr. Williams should sue the hell out of the agency involved.

Not arguing with you, but the facts are that he supposedly failed the field sobriety test, went back to the precinct and blew there and took the pee test etc. since it came up less then .08 I am sure they will not charge him once they confirm the results of the pee test... still quite a drag but it will be all right in the end.
