The Hillsborough County Health Department
advises beachgoers not to wade in the waters at Picnic Island and Davis Island beaches. Water samples taken Monday detect the presence of shit in the waters. The county says the pollution may have come from stormwater runoff, wildlife waste, or human sewage. here
