"NO MORE GENOCIDE FREE RED FAWN" is the message. Red Fawn Fallis is the Oglala Lakota Sioux activist charged with firing a handgun while she was being arrested at Standing Rock. No one was injured and there is some debate that the handgun was actually planted at the scene by the arresting officers. She pleaded guilty on January 22 of this year to civil disorder and illegal possession of a gun by a convicted felon and was sentenced to 57 months in federal prison.

For those who don't know the story, here is the media version and a less mainstream version.

The protester is Victoria Royal. She was arrested on misdemeanor charges of exposure of sexual organs and resisting an officer without violence and taken to the Orient Road Jail. As of 8:00 am, Thursday, there is no public record of her being booked by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's office or of her bail amount, if any. Either her booking process has been delayed for some reason or she was released pending a court hearing (arrest records are not available to the public after release from jail).
