In our local county library system, not only are sites "screened" by the obligatory IBM computers and software, but IDs are required for use - thus facilitating tracking of those individuals who might want to view anything expressing dissent against the powers that be. Choicepoint/DBT is right up the street. Be very concerned of these activities, most of which are zealously supported by the likes of local NeoCon/PNAC blowhards such as Newt Gingrich.
