St. Petersburg Police Cover Up Revealed

There is a cover up here by the local media. They present the Uhuru movement as activists for social justice while in reality the Uhurus protect crack dealers and oppress poor southside residents.
The media paint this group as progressive ignoring their funding from and service to the right wing of the republican party.
I spoke to a CNN reporter who covered the Uhuru disruption of Obama's town hall meeting in St. Pete on August 1st. I asked him to take a few minutes to view a video (http://newsouthstpete.blogspot.com/2007/11/violent-crime-celebrated-in-uhuru-video.html) of Uhuru leader Omali Yeshetela boasting of all the gunfire aimed at local police during one of the many riots in south St. Pete. This shooting is an act of terror. The reporter did not want to hear any of this but chose to merely present Uhuru talking points.
The Uhurus have conducted a series of actions designed to undermine Obama and help elect McCain.
The media recycle spin from each other without doing the most basic fact finding.
The continuing violence brought by this group is a major factor in the destruction of our neighborhood.
