The property at 200 S. Hoover Blvd is managed by Watermark Management Company and property manager, Mr John Juliano whom donated items from one of the offices where one of his tenant left unclaimed property to the Salvation Army. Mr. Krivoruk and his wife Natalie Krivoruk claimed to the Salvation Army that the property he saw leaving was stolen from him. The lie was that indeed none of these alligations were in fact true. He basically went back to the Salvation Army to take back donated items he saw leaving from across the hall. This actually hurt business that use the Salvation Army Auction to make a living. He claimed to the Salvation Army that his furniture, belonging to a previous tenant from across the hall, was "STOLEN!" from him. Watermark Management Company and property manager, Mr John Juliano, manages the property at 200 S. Hoover Blvd Tampa Florida. Mr. John Juliano, representatives, called to donate the furniture to the Salvation Army Auction on March 30, 2010. It just so happens that the office is right across the hall from Focus Home Heath Care in Suite 160. It seems that Watermark Management Properties supports donating items to Salvation Army a non-profit organization. Watermark donated the items when one of his tenants left unclaimed property that went to a Salvation Army Auction. Greed got the best of Mr. Krivoruk who are owners of Focus Home Health Care, Mr. Krivoruk and his wife Natalie Krivoruk saw the property leaving and thought they could be “slick” and claimed to the Salvation Army Auctioneer on March 31, 2010 that the property he saw leaving was his and was taken from his office. This is an outright lie no police report was filed and none of the claims to the donated items actually belong to Focus Home Heath Care he was hoping to get them back for free, in fact verifiably true. The bottom line is they went back to the Salvation Army to take back donated items he saw leaving from across, the hall claiming they were stole from him. The “STOLEN” items went up for auction and a single bidder proudly won and later got a call to return the stolen items. The winning bidder got a call from the Salvation Army Auctioneer who put Mr. Krivoruk on the phone. Feeling sorry for Mr. Krivoruk situation I offered to deliver “his stolen furniture,” right back to him. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by puzzled office personal when I said, “I have your stolen furniture and am returning it to you! Christy, the office manager stated a nurse told Mr. Krivoruk about Salvation Army picking up the NICE furniture. “l believed him on the phone and returned the items right to his door, trying to do the right thing. “ Focus Home Heath Care may not realize that this actually hurt businesses that use the Salvation Army Auction to make a living. Shame on you for taking advantage of a non- profit organization for your own profit and gains Mr. Krivoruk . Your actions reflect that you truly only care about yourself and not the people you claim to serve.
