Soon, St. Petersburg will have a new furry figurehead to make appearances at city events and official functions. Members of the public are invited to help name the city’s “First Puppy.” This “First Pup” is not just any puppy. It has a big responsibility in its future. One day it will be a guide dog for a visually impaired individual.
