The meeting is free and open to the public. There will be a meet-and-greet reception from 2:00 to 2:30 P.M with the program beginning immediately after.
This is an opportunity for Tampa Bay area civil libertarians to join Susan Herman in discussing "Civil Liberties in Times of Crisis" with ACLU of Florida President, Col. Mike Pheneger and Howard Simon, Executive Director of the ACLU of Florida.
