Jeb Bush, like all the Bushites in the bushes, lives in another world, one of their own creation that has little or nothing to do with reality. And if ol' Jeb decides to hang his hopes on Georgi Buski, the dumbass, he's going down in flames. In an article I read yesterday, serious historians dumped Georgi in a basket that read "Five Dumbest Presidents" ever!
