Huge Joint On A Boat In Temple Terrace

The Temple Terrace July 4th parade had a float with a "blunt" message, a giant marijuana joint on a boat. The folks at the Hillsborough County Anti-Drug Alliance, Ellen Snelling and Amy Ronshausen were not happy. They might as well get use to it. They are on the wrong side of history and they know it.
