Anti-Bias Ordinance Workshop in Tampa

The City of Tampa was mandated by the voters in 2019 to implement Citywide cultural competency training for every employee. Now, the City wants to create their own internal program. But they should really invest in hiring an expert D&I organization who is willing to have these uncomfortable conversations. We drafted our own ordinance, and are asking you to come speak in support of
our ordinance draft!
