According to a new report from Rolling Stone, Donald Trump is having his aides draft "battle plans" that he can use to launch an attack on Mexico if he makes it back into the White House. Specifically, the plans would be to attack the drug cartels, but these plans could easily be used to target migrants or any other group in the country - or targets in other countries.
