A federal judge this week struck down most of Florida governor Ron DeSantis' ban on transgender care for youth, and issued an injunction on the legislation as the court battle continues to play out. Nearly all of DeSantis' culture war "victories" have been undone by the court system, including his ban on CRT and his assault on Disney.
