Wow Big E was here in Tampa. I missed it. Good to see the Guy come to our town. He met one our pride and joy establishments in Tampa with a deep tradition in spanish quisine. Wonderful!
I've heard it's good to be king, and obviously, it's good to be Emeril.
What Andrea prepared for Emeril in no way resembled the gawd-awful paella that was served to me on my first and last visit.
The recipe may have been the same, but what I got looked and tasted as though it had spent a few days in the refrigerator before being re-heated in the microwave.

Their roast pork was no better - tough and dry.
