TECO is not getting rid of coal

TECO has been acting like they are and using misleading stats in the process to make it seem like they are. They have been citing their energy mix for 2023, when they will be at a low for coal usage. Tampa Bay Sierra Club On Our Transportation Planning

Permissive development policies in Hillsborough County created sprawling, cul-de-sac subdivisions that frustrate public transportation planning. Tampa will not attract the best and brightest entrepreneurs and professionals so essential to a vibrant, thriving economy if we continue to ignore their desire for walkable, bicycle friendly communities and a modern public transit system."
