Celebrate The Success Of Mayor Rick Baker

Presumably, the homeless who spend their days at Williams park (and are regularly harassed for having open containers there) will not be invited to attend. Just so the homeless don't feel too spat on by their city, we will have our own "shindig" at Williams Park inviting the homeless.......here
