That leaves a two-person race between Republican Commissioner Al Higginbotham (Remember what he has done for us) and Democratic Tampa City Council member Mary Mulhern — for now. Maybe he had a phone in the golf cart, I don’t know,” Rubio said, adding that he had no reason to believe that the president wasn’t taking the threats seriously.
