Those polluting 50's junk heaps will be replaced by Uber operated Escalades & Mercedes w/ black glass. To eliminate voter fraud only caucasians w/ top secret security clearance, NRA GOLD CARDS & at least 6 homes in undisclosed locations will be certified by the secretary of state as elingible voters. And it will all be supported by a flat tax & a lottery.
