Candy Lowe's Candidates Roll Call (Video)
When longtime community organizer and entrepreneur Candy Lowe calls, candidates line up to respond. Case in point, this past Saturday Lowe’s Tea and Conversation Candidate Roll Call drew almost 200 attendees with more than twenty local candidates participating. Lowe, a fixture in the Tampa Bay Community, has been organizing Tea and Conversation for more than ten years now.

Florida Progressive Caucus Calls for Putnam to Withdraw from Governor's Race
Susan Smith, President of the Democratic Progressive Caucus of Florida, has released the following statement:
The Democratic Progressive Caucus of Florida calls for the immediate withdrawal of Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services Adam Putnam from the governor's race.
Commissioner Putnam's failure to ensure that concealed weapons background checks were carried out and his blatant disregard for the rule of law disqualify him from leading our state. His gross incompetence and lack of accountability are evidence that he has a careless disregard for the safety of Floridians.
We deserve better.
