Allows Florida INC. to dump greater concentrations of toxins, including carcinogens, into Florida’s rivers and streams. It was approved on a 3-2 vote by the Environmental Regulation Commission in July. On Tuesday an administrative law judge dismissed a series of complaints because they missed the deadline for filing the challenge. here
