Ybor City Businessman, Joe Citro wants your vote again. Citro, a civic activist, has served on a multitude of city boards for over a decade from the Variance Review Board to the Code Enforcement Board. The Businessman and civic activist believes his service to the city has given him a strong understanding of the city’s needs and he is now ready for the Tampa City Council District 1 seat.
