Tampa Bay area ranks among top 15 for possible job loss due to AI
Artificial intelligence is taking over jobs in the Tampa Bay area, according to new research from ChamberOfCommerce.com.
The new data ranks the Tampa-St. Petersburg area in the nation’s top 15 for possible job loss due to AI technology. Of the 1.3 million in Tampa’s workforce more than 190,000 are considered “at-risk,” making up nearly 14% of jobs.

Homeschooling parents in Florida can now spend their $8K school vouchers on video game consoles, sports gear, and theme park admissions, thanks to the GOP.
The list — including televisions up to 55 inches, trampolines, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards — ignited widespread outrage among Democratic lawmakers who had warned the legislation (HB 1) would starve public schools even more. The state is already near the bottom among states when it comes to per-pupil funding.
