Legislation is being introduced in Congress that calls for regime change in Venezuela. The main instigators of this legislation are the political representatives of the right-wing Cuban-exile clique (MCM) in Florida, especially Marco Rubio, Mario Diaz-Balart, and Ileana Ros Lehtenin, all Florida Republicans. They are joined by Florida Dems Bill Nelson and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz. here
