Monica Racy, 21, remains free on $24,000 following her arrest April 17 on a multitude of drug charges after a traffic stop in Sumter County.
In a lengthy letter to Villages-News.com, Racy claims the drugs found in the vehicle were not hers and she was “in the wrong place and the wrong time.”
