Why are the only voices of reason that emanate from the bowels of Georgia primarily those of black leaders? My hue offers up people like Newt Gingrich, J.B. Stoner, Phil Gingrey, Zell Miller, et al. With the exception of Jimmy Carter, I can't think of one other prominent white, progressive, humanistic voice among them. If there are any out there, they really aught to consider speaking a bit louder - just so they can be heard over the din of warmongering eschatologist profiteers.
